Ericka Stein joined our leasing team with prior finance and customer service experience to be the Resident Manager for The Trace On The Parkway. One of the aspects she loves about property management is the challenge. Ericka’s ability to relate to people and her outgoing bubbly personality makes her a great fit with our family. She feels her passion and drive to be the BEST property manager will have the Trace and KWG standing out from the rest of the competition. Ericka is a SIUE Alumni with a love for the Edwardsville community.
