Stu joined Kunkel Wittenauer Group in 2014 as an HOA team member.  Prior to Kunkel Wittenauer Group, Stu was the managing member of Trend Management LLC, developing and managing multi-family properties in the Metro East area since 1977.   Stu has been actively involved with the City of O’Fallon’s park system as a park board member, being instrumental in the parks master plan and the Family Sports Park.  Stu’s passion is soccer, where he continues to be involved in the administration of youth soccer for the State of Illinois.  Stu and his wife live in O’Fallon.
