Hi, I’m Ashley, and I’ve been lucky enough to be part of the Kunkel Wittenauer Group family for the past four years! I started my journey as an Administrative Assistant, but it didn’t take long for me to discover my true passion: maintenance! Now, I’m in a role where I can really roll up my sleeves and make things happen.

What I love most about my job is that no two days are the same. Whether it’s fixing a leaky faucet, solving a maintenance puzzle, or simply chatting with our residents, every day brings something new and exciting. There’s always something to do, and I thrive on the variety that comes with it!

When I’m not on the clock, you can find me outside with my energetic dogs  (which keeps me on my toes) or enjoying some quality time with my family. I’m always on the hunt for new restaurants to try and love exploring new spots while soaking up the outdoors.

I’m all about building community, and I’m passionate about making sure our residents get the best service and support. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a happy resident after a job well done!
