Examples of TRUE EMERGENCY ISSUES:
• Basement Flooding
• Sewer Backups
• No Heat if temperature is below 40 degrees
• No AC if temperature is above 90 degrees

Examples of NON-EMERGENCY ISSUES
• No hot water
• Toilet Clogs
• Lockouts
