You can submit maintenance requests via our online portal or by calling our emergency line at 618.632.8200. All requests are tracked in our database so that we can ensure they are addressed in a timely manner. Once a request is submitted, our maintenance team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Be sure to fill out the form as accurately as possible so that we can best assess your needs. Include all pertinent information such as a description of the issue, location of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.

For issues that require urgent attention, call our emergency line and our staff will do everything possible to prioritize those requests. Examples of emergency requests include gas leaks, safety hazards, heat or air conditioning outages, and electrical problems.

Note: If you contact the emergency line for a non-emergency matter, your call will be returned during regular business hours. Additionally, if you submit a maintenance request for a non-emergency situation, you will incur a charge for the service call.
