At Kunkel Wittenaur Group, we like to make finding your ideal living space as easy as possible. It starts with pre-qualifying to make sure we have the right place for you, even before you start viewing properties.
Income
Based on your most recent month’s paystubs, your net income must be at least three times the cost of rent. (Student loans and financial aid are not considered income.)
Rental History
You must have positive references from all previous and current landlords with no unsatisfied landlord actions.
Credit Check
We look for good credit and payment history with no bankruptcies, no repossessions, no foreclosures, no utility collections, no evictions.
Background Check
We run a criminal background check to ensure that there are no felony convictions.
