We used Kunkel Wittenauer Group to buy our new house and sell our old one. Joni Fultz was the agent for both sides of the transaction. Joni recommended a roofer, a window company, and an inspector leading up to the sale of our house. They were all fantastic and we were not disappointed. For our purchase, she was very attentive and if we requested to see a property, she made it happen. The minute she would find something within our parameters, she would let us know so we could get a jump on it. And everything she showed us matched our goals and stayed in our price range. We put offers on 2 or 3 other houses at or over full asking price and got beat out by other buyers. Ultimately, her suggestion to add an escalation clause to our offer helped us finally get a contract. There were 3 other offers on the house at the same time. Without that guidance, I’m not sure we would have ended up in our house. Despite the competitive market, everything ended up going smoothly. My husband and I bought our first house with Joni Fultz’s help. As our first experience in the home-buying process, it sometimes felt like anything that could go wrong did go wrong. Joni was always available and did an amazing job keeping us sane and helping us through all of it. We would have been a mess without her! We had a pretty big wish list, given our budget, and Joni did a good job of showing us things we wanted, but also finding options that were a bit more realistic. Even though I knew she was working with a lot of different clients, her response time and communication were excellent. I appreciated that she was always upfront. She knew what was realistic and what wasn’t and helped me come up with a fair and reasonable offer, then handled the negotiations very well. Joni is extremely professional and gets things done. I even referred my cousin to her when she wanted to sell her home. Joni’s personality lends a lot to her success because she is so approachable and easy to work with.
Kunkel Wittenauer Group was the leasing and management company for the house I rented. When my landlord decided to sell, Joni Fultz helped me put in an offer on it. This was my first home purchase and I had a lot of questions. It would have been so confusing if I hadn’t had Joni to work with and help me through it. I could call or text her anytime and she would get me an answer right away. She was so helpful throughout the process and right down to the closing. I questioned an extra fee that was there by mistake and she knew it was wrong and how to correct it. The end of my lease was coming up and Joni worked very hard to finalize the sale before that. I didn’t’ know what the normal timeframe was for everything. If things stalled, she nudged the right people to keep things on track. Joni truly went above and beyond!
