Janet began her journey with us as a front desk receptionist at our corporate office and quickly proved herself to be an invaluable asset to the team. With a background in real estate and marketing, along with her naturally outgoing personality, she was a perfect fit from the start.

Janet soon advanced beyond reception duties, taking on marketing responsibilities and assisting our Leasing Team with enthusiasm and professionalism. Her commitment to excellent customer service, keen eye for detail, and ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively make her a standout member of our team—and a trusted resource for residents and clients alike.

Today, she proudly serves as the Property and Operations Manager at The Trace on the Parkway, our luxury apartment community in Edwardsville.
