Meet Maddie!!

Maddie had the opportunity to start a new adventure in her life as she stepped away from retail work after 4 years and started with KWG in January of 2022. Coming on as a Leasing Specialist, Maddie learned firsthand all things property management and continues to learn new skills every day. She started off performing annual walkthroughs, move in and move out inspections, and helping around the office as needed. Maddie is now our Property Marketing Specialist, handling everything from marketing properties online to coordinating occupancy inspections to communicating with our wonderful prospects, residents, and owners. Maddie believes kindness above all else is one of the most important values to remember. You never know what someone else is going through so no matter how you feel today – get up, do your job, and always take that extra step to make someone else’s day a little brighter. Maddie finds happiness and comfort in photography, reading books, and spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family.
